This menu is an extension of sending a mailing. The difference is that not a standard mailing letter is chosen but the file that has to be sent, for example an Excel-list or a picture of a tree or plant.

 

However it is still possible to select a mailing letter during this process. So a combination can be made.

 

The mailing of a file is simple if a complete mailing will be sent via e-mail in which the file is the attachment.

 

Printing to a printer is not possible with this method. Faxing is a possibility but then the chosen file has to be a Word or PDF-file. For the rest, it works similar to the sending of a mailing.
